MSA Type 5: counting test (training)

3 appraisers × 20 templates × 2 replicates (binary OK/NOK). The classic counting exercise from training: Fleiss κ ≈ 0.79, effectiveness 85–90 %; the AIAG verdict is red because the miss rate (25 %) and false-alarm rate (17 %) are too high. Contains all three teaching cases — an over-strict appraiser, an appraiser who contradicts himself, and one template where everyone agrees and everyone is wrong.
