Charter for "Paper Helicopter from the trade-show booth — maximizing flight time with a single prototype". In scope: rotor length and paperclips. Out of scope: rotor width (irreversible, only 1 prototype), throwing technique, paper type, drop height. Target Y: mean flight time ≥ 3.0 s at σ ≤ 0.15 s.
